There is no debating that one of the most prevalent trends for Spring 2011 is the trench coat. I am happy to see that for a change the trend is not “too trendy”. Trench coats are classic and will always be in style. They are a great addition to your current wardrobe since they are hot right now and will not look outdated next season. If you are going to invest in one piece this Spring, I would select the trench coat for this reason. I always feel that the best fashion items to invest in are ones that will always remain current. Burberry and YSL are the two designers who are most frequently associated with the trench coat. However, there are so many great ones out there right now.
