Even after his tragic death this year, the Alexander McQueen Collection is
still going strong. Thanks to his protege, Sarah Burton, and a solid design
team the collection has barely wavered. Spring 2011 is beautiful, unique and
remains in sync with what seems to be McQueen's vision right up until his
sad, premature end.

The most recent collection encompasses four great prints in fabulous yet
wearable (dare I say affordable) shapes. There was also a very practical
shape that was repeated in the gown department - a strapless chiffon godess
gown that will make every woman feel like just that.

When it comes to McQueen, we can never escape the incorporation of the raw
skull. You can count on bags, scarves and tees still bearing the traditional
skull that says "McQueen" in person and in spirit.
