The Blizzard that we are all experiencing here in Chicago made me think of one more fact about Giambattista Valli that might be helpful. In addition to designing an upscale collection under his own name, Valli is the man behind Gamme Rouge for Moncler. Gamme Rouge offers the same type of product as the main line but focuses on more luxe fabrics and styles. I am happy to say that Gamme Rouge can be found right around the corner on Oak Street in the new Moncler Boutique. The store offers a great selection of stylish yet warm winter coats along with an array of outerwear sweaters and accessories for both men and women. I believe in the Moncler product because it functions as a warm, practical coat with out forgetting to incorporate that fashion edge we all love. The store is definitely worth checking out. I admit the sales team needs a little work, but it is a new store so I will keep my complaints to myself for now. Hopefully the Moncler sales staff will be as great as the store’s merchandise one day soon.
